--- title: Berry Buzz Blog | California Giant Berry Farms | Ashley description: Ashley is the content creator, recipe developer and photographer behind the healthy food and lifestyle blog Fit Mitten Kitchen – where cooking from scratch and healthy baking is for everyone. Ashley didn't grow up with the best eating habits, so when she learned on her own how to create delicious healthy recipes, she became inspired to share those creations with others. A whole foods diet is for everyone, and with a little moderation and balance (yes, sweet treats!) there is room for it all. --- [Skip to Content](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/author/ashley#anchor-cgbb-content) [![Instagram icon](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/icon-bb-instagram-1.png?width=20&height=20&name=icon-bb-instagram-1.png)](https://www.instagram.com/calgiantberries/) [![Pinterest icon](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/icon-bb-pinterest-1.png?width=16&height=20&name=icon-bb-pinterest-1.png)](https://www.pinterest.com/calgiantberries/) [![YouTube icon](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/icon-bb-youtube-1.png?width=21&height=15&name=icon-bb-youtube-1.png)](https://www.youtube.com/c/CalGiantBerries) [![Twitter icon](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/icon-bb-twitter-1.png?width=20&height=17&name=icon-bb-twitter-1.png)](https://twitter.com/calgiantberries) [![Facebook icon](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/icon-bb-facebook-1.png?width=10&height=20&name=icon-bb-facebook-1.png)](https://www.facebook.com/calgiantberries/) [![](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/logo-cal-giant-1.png?width=120&height=43&name=logo-cal-giant-1.png)](http://www.calgiant.com/) [![The Berry Buzz logo](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/logo-the-berry-buzz.png?width=160&height=101&name=logo-the-berry-buzz.png)](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/) - [Tips](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/hacks-tips-tricks) - [Nutrition](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/nutrition) - [Entertaining](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/entertain) - [Lifestyle](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/lifestyle) - [Subscribe](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/subscribe) - [Buy Berries](https://www.calgiant.com/buy-berries/) Search ## Fresh & Flavorful [![](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/placeholder-1.png?width=750&height=750&name=placeholder-1.png)](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/mixed-berry-french-toast-casserole) [blueberry breakfast](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/blueberry-breakfast), [fall](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/fall), [food bloggers](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/food-bloggers), [Mixed Berry Recipes](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/mixed-berry-recipes) [Mixed Berry French Toast Casserole](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/mixed-berry-french-toast-casserole) [![](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/placeholder-1.png?width=750&height=750&name=placeholder-1.png)](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/chai-spiced-blackberry-muffins-with-pecan-oat-streusel) [Raspberry](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/raspberry), [quick prep](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/quick-prep), [mother's day](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/mothers-day), [foodies](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/foodies) [Chai Spiced Blackberry Muffins with Pecan Oat Streusel](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/chai-spiced-blackberry-muffins-with-pecan-oat-streusel) [![](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/placeholder-1.png?width=750&height=750&name=placeholder-1.png)](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/vegan-peanut-butter-jelly-breakfast-parfaits-recipe) [Classics](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/classics), [Hacks, Tips & Tricks](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/hacks-tips-tricks), [strawberry breakfast](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/strawberry-breakfast), [food bloggers](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/food-bloggers) [Vegan Peanut Butter & Jelly Breakfast Parfaits Recipe](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/vegan-peanut-butter-jelly-breakfast-parfaits-recipe) [![](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/placeholder-1.png?width=750&height=750&name=placeholder-1.png)](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/in-the-fields) [Crop Update](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/crop-update), [fresh berries](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/fresh-berries), [California Giant Berry Farms](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/california-giant-berry-farms), [Strawberry](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/strawberry) [In the Fields: California Giant Farms](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/in-the-fields) [All Posts](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/?cg_page_number=1#anchor-cg-page-1) [All posts](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/all) ![](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blog-2021/pic-bb-ipad-2.png?width=320&name=pic-bb-ipad-2.png) ## Get our new Ebook! 10 & Under **Recipes using 10 ingredients or less including:** - Blueberry Banana Bread Bites - Strawberry Arugula Caprese Salad - Raspberry Lemon Curd Cups - and more!
