3 Recipes That Will Make You Excited For Camping

For some people, summer means pools and beaches. But for me, it's about the green - camping greens! The weather is finally warm enough to spend time with chirping birds and the stillness of nature.

There's nothing quite like smelling the smoky haze of a campfire and looking at the bright smiles sitting around it. These are the memories that I cherish every time I go camping with my family. Feeding your friends or family fireside doesn't have to be daunting, it's actually a lot of fun!

Here are a few of my favorite recipes to make:

Blueberry Grilled Cheese Picnic Packets

grilled cheese-13Who says you can't have nice meals while camping? This gooey, cheesy mozzarella and white cheddar blueberry grilled cheese is just as tasty as it sounds. Not only is grilled cheese one of the easiest things to make, it's also portable! All you have to do is assemble these at home, wrap in foil, and toss on the grill or open fire until nicely melted.

Berry S'mores

Blueberry Muffins
