It *almost* looks too good to eat, but after one bite I couldn't stop myself. The creamy goat cheese combined with sweet honey and fresh, juicy blackberries is SO flavorful and wonderful on the grilled naan bread. Plus, the rosemary and lemon juice add to the flavor profile and balances the richness of the goat cheese in such a refreshing way. This would be such a great appetizer to make for friends and family, or to snack on all day long like I did!  I'd love to hear what you think in the comment section below! :)  ![naan bread topped with goat cheese spread and blackberries](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blackberry%20naan%20bread-6.jpg?width=720&name=blackberry%20naan%20bread-6.jpg "blackberry naan bread-6.jpg") **Ingredients:** 4 oz goat cheese 12 blackberries, sliced thin + more to garnish Zest of 1 lemon Juice of ½ of a lemon 2 T honey 1 tsp Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper (approx. 15 grinds) 1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped 4 pieces of naan bread 2 T extra virgin olive oil **Instructions:** In a small bowl, stir together and microwave 2 T honey, finely chopped rosemary, and the juice of half of a lemon in 15 second increments until just warm, let steep at room temperature until cool. Once cool, fold the honey mixture into the goat cheese and add sliced blackberries, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined. Heat a grill or cast iron pan over high heat. Brush both sides of the naan bread with olive oil and char bread until warm and slightly crispy. Remove the naan bread and spread the goat cheese mixture over top, garnishing with fresh blackberries and an extra drizzle of honey. Enjoy! ![naan bread topped with goat cheese spread and blackberries](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blackberry%20naan%20bread-4.jpg?width=720&name=blackberry%20naan%20bread-4.jpg "blackberry naan bread-4.jpg") ![naan bread topped with goat cheese spread and blackberries](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blackberry%20naan%20bread-2.jpg?width=720&name=blackberry%20naan%20bread-2.jpg "blackberry naan bread-2.jpg") ![naan bread topped with goat cheese spread and blackberries](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blackberry%20naan%20bread-5.jpg?width=720&name=blackberry%20naan%20bread-5.jpg "blackberry naan bread-5.jpg") Tags [Outdoor Dining](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/outdoor-dining), [Blackberry](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/topic/blackberry), Posts you might enjoy... ![](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/CalGiant_0621227694.jpg?width=350&name=CalGiant_0621227694.jpg) [Blackberries 101: Storage & Serving Success](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/blackberries-101) ![](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Untitled%20design%20(68)-1.png?width=350&name=Untitled%20design%20(68)-1.png) [Celebrate National Blueberry Month with These Recipes!](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/bursting-with-flavor) ![](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-3.png?width=350&name=undefined-3.png) [Cool Tips to Stay Hydrated this Summer](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/cool-tips-to-stay-hydrated-this-summer) You might also enjoy...
