Don't be like Times Square and drop the ball on your New Year's Eve party menu! Make the most of the late-night festivities by keeping things light and bubbly in the kitchen. Cocktails and appetizers are an absolute must for all of the games and catching up with loved ones, but the real question is: keep the attire cocktail formal or break out the holiday pajamas?
Here are three of my must-have recipes to keep your party going 'till midnight, no matter the dresscode:

If you're not quite into the champagne toast, this caramel and blackberry drink will still work for the "clink!" at midnight. This salty-sweet combo is truly perfection in a glass that you can sip through a game of cards or watching the TV festivities. We won't tell how much caramel you drizzle on top!

Don't get weighed down by a heavy dinner, opt for these bite-sized bruschetta bites instead! Not only are these super easy to make, they can also be replicated quickly if a guest or two eats more than a few. (Not that I'm ever guilty of this...)
Pop the bottle AND the jello shots out of the fridge! They're so tasty and easy to prep the day before or the morning of the party, not to mention easy to assemble on a tray or bowl. Plus, there's no chance of spilling anything on your festive party attire!
From all of us at California Giant Berry Farms, we hope you have a wonderful holiday and a Happy New Year!
