Oh. My. Gosh. You guys. I wish you could smell the Cal Giant kitchen right now. It smells AHH-mazing. All of my co-workers think that I’m making regular ol’ muffins. Little do they know these bad boys are paleo style muffins. I mixed in some raspberries, and now they are sweet and tangy. A lot of the time, you can really taste the banana base in paleo recipes. But the raspberries completely overpower the bananas.
AND these were super easy to make. I’m usually intimidated by paleo recipes that require you to make a date paste (probably because I don’t want to spend a ton of time and energy pitting the dates). So this time I bought pitted dates, and the process was SO easy.
You could also substitute blackberries for the raspberries. Or use both! Do you have any favorite berry paleo recipes? Please share! We just might recreate them here at the Cal Giant kitchen!
