Nothing takes me back to sweet summertime like s'mores do. I remember roasting marshmallows (and always engulfing the whole thing in flames) by the campfire every summer at camp and loving every minute of it. And because today is National Toasted Marshmallow Day, I whipped up these to-die-for s'mores, with a tasty berry twist. With Labor Day weekend right around the corner, these will make the perfect treat to help you soak up the last few days of summer!

Ingredients:
Wafer cookies
California Giant raspberries
Your favorite chocolate
Giant marshmallows
Instructions:
Stack the ingredients, using the wafer cookie as a base. Roast the marshmallow and raspberry with a blow torch (or campfire!) and enjoy!
