When it comes to the holidays, there are WAY too many decadent treats that find their way into your belly. Cookies here, tarts there, and pies galore! Sure, that is delightful if you want to gain 100 lbs over the holidays, BUT if you want to find a healthy, yet decadent, tasty treat, I’ve got you covered.
At parties, strawberries are usually either put out on a fruit platter or dipped in chocolate. Well, let's do something different! I always crave flavors of cinnamon and maple, which are usually found in baked goods this time of year, so I mixed them with freshly ground cashew butter and chopped dates to add a nice flavor and a pop of sweetness. I simply stuff the strawberries with the cashew-date mixture, smoothed off the ends with a butter knife, and voila! You can eat them as a healthy snack, a light dessert, or even bring them as a dinner party appetizer - the options are endless!
Not only are we stuffing strawberries this holiday season, but we could be stuffing your stocking with 1 of OVER 100 prizes! That's right, the most wonderful time of the year just got even better. We're giving away a few of our favorite things from brands like Le Creuset, Nutribullet, FitBit, and more! All you have to do is enter to WIN by clicking below!
