Cookies here, tarts there, and pies galore! Sure, that is delightful if you want to gain 100 lbs over the holidays, BUT if you want to find a healthy, yet decadent, tasty treat, I’ve got you covered. At parties, strawberries are usually either put out on a fruit platter or dipped in chocolate. Well, let's do something different! I always crave flavors of cinnamon and maple, which are usually found in baked goods this time of year, so I mixed them with freshly ground cashew butter and chopped dates to add a nice flavor and a pop of sweetness. I simply stuff the strawberries with the cashew-date mixture, smoothed off the ends with a butter knife, and voila! You can eat them as a healthy snack, a light dessert, or even bring them as a dinner party appetizer - the options are endless!  Not only are we stuffing strawberries this holiday season, but we could be stuffing your stocking with **1 of OVER 100 prizes**! Using a pairing knife, remove the core of the strawberry and stuff with the cashew butter mixture.
