Mixed Berry Tart

mixed berry tart

No wrong can be done when graham crackers and butter are involved. Add California Giant berries to the mix, and this dessert tops my list of favorites.

At first glance of this recipe, I was instantly intimidated. What if the egg yolks turned to scrambled eggs?! What if the crust crumbled to pieces when I took it out of the pan?! I’m here to tell you to put your worries aside, this tart recipe is very simple to make. Yes, it takes some time and patience, but it is worth it.

Just to give you an idea of how good this tart is, I left it in the kitchen for 15 minutes, and when I came back, it was gone. All of it. So what are ya waiting for? Add this to your Memorial Day menu stat!
