Berries and cheese, could there be a better combination? Along with some crackers and bread, of course. When we visited Europe, this was literally all we ate. And it seems I’m not the only one who loves theses pairings. After I made this gorgeous charcuterie board, I left it out in our kitchen, thinking people may graze and eat it throughout the day. But let me tell ya, the second I left and sat down at my computer, all I could hear was laughing and conversation coming from our kitchen. My fellow colleagues were being brought together because of this simple, easy to make, charcuterie board. Everyone was hovering around, eating combinations of berries, cheeses and salamis and chatting about life.
What better appetizer to bring to a friend’s big game football party?! Here’s what I used to create this board:
Califorina Giant strawberries
California Giant blueberries
California Giant blackberries
California Giant raspberries
Cabot Vintage Choice Cheddar Cheese
Cabot Artisan Reserve Cheddar Cheese
Grapes, pears and figs
Assortment of crackers and crostinis
Variety of salamis
Mini gherkin pickles
Rosemary for garnish
