Actually, just a [huge fan of breakfast food](https://thebuzzblog.calgiant.com/pumpkin-spice-blueberry-waffles) in general, so why not have some fun with it? Instead of rushing out the door and choking down breakfast in the car (guilty), I want you to sit down at the kitchen table, pour yourself a cup of coffee (or hot chocolate with marshmallows in a Santa mug... because Christmas) and try these granola stuffed strawberries in Greek yogurt. It may sound simple, but I always feel 100x better when I actually give myself enough time to enjoy breakfast. Plus, this recipe is easy AND super tasty. There's something about the texture of the granola combined with fresh strawberries and vanilla Greek yogurt that just tastes sooooo good.
