Not only are they a classic breakfast dish, they're also making a big comeback at fan-favorite brunch and other higher-end restaurants. What better way to honor this buttery, syrup-holding star than by whipping up some of your own! Here are a few of our favorite waffle recipes to get you started: ## [Blueberry-Bacon Belgian Waffles](https://www.calgiant.com/recipes/blueberry-bacon-belgian-waffles) [![bacon waffles](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/bacon%20waffles.png?width=573&name=bacon%20waffles.png)](https://www.calgiant.com/recipes/blueberry-bacon-belgian-waffles) How appetizing is this - It's bacon-me crazy just looking at it! Sweet blueberries with savory bacon add the perfect texture and crunch to make one satisfying meal. ## [Peanut Butter Berry Waffle Stackers](https://www.calgiant.com/recipes/peanut-butter-berry-waffle-stackers) [![pb waffle 600](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/pb%20waffle%20600.jpg?width=600&name=pb%20waffle%20600.jpg)](https://www.calgiant.com/recipes/peanut-butter-berry-waffle-stackers) For a more vegetarian-friendly version of savory flavors on your waffle, add peanut butter! Add a dollop of berries with gooey maple syrup on top make the sweetest breakfast to ever grace your kitchen. ## [Blackberry & Pecan Belgian Waffles with Whipped Honey Butter](https://www.calgiant.com/recipes/blackberry-and-pecan-belgian-waffles-with-whipped-honey-butter) [![blackberry pecan waffles-4-683781-edited](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/blackberry%20pecan%20waffles-4-683781-edited.jpg?width=600&name=blackberry%20pecan%20waffles-4-683781-edited.jpg)](https://www.calgiant.com/recipes/blackberry-and-pecan-belgian-waffles-with-whipped-honey-butter) It's okay to go a little nuts... we won't tell! Waffles are essentially bracket-holders for butter, so why  not add honey to make it even better? Top with blackberries for an extra boost of nutrition and color to your plate. We love you a waffle lot!
