Happy first official week of fall! It doesn't matter if it's a candle, latte, or foamy soap - if it's got pumpkin in the name, I'm getting it without any regrets.
Despite our calendar saying it's fall, that doesn't always mean that the weather outside will coincide. I still get my coffee iced for goodness sake! Sadly, not all of us are lucky enough to live in a state that actually gets an autumn. But when the weather doesn't cooperate, at least your oven can smell like it!
Here are my go-to recipes to help your mouth feel like fall:
Move over Starbucks! Skip those ridiculously long drive through lines and make your own Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino with a strawberry twist in the comfort of your own home. Not only is this drink totally insta-worthy, it's also super easy to make on a cozy Saturday morning. Fluffy blanket and Hallmark movie, anyone?
Blueberry and Dark Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Step up your pumpkin bread game with sweet blueberries and ooey-gooey chocolate! While this is supposed to be a dessert, I can't deny that I've cut a slice or two for breakfast in the morning. Blueberries and nutmeg are a surprisingly good pair! Trust me, you're going to love this (and probably hide it from your family).
Don't bring a boring vanilla or chocolate cake to your next party - opt for this Blackberry Pumpkin Spice Cake instead! Oh so festive and easy to dress up, a cake has never been more of a crowd pleaser. Juicy, nutritious blackberries add a burst of flavor that you didn't know a fall cake could handle.
