Can’t you just imagine being served these while relaxing by the pool? We all can dream, right? This cocktail was inspired by the classic Moscow mule. But I couldn’t bring myself to serve these in a copper mug. I just love how the berries sit atop the ice, so I served them in a tall, clear glass to showcase the beauty of this drink. ![spring\_moscow\_mule-4.jpg](https://berrybuzz.calgiant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/15_Buzz_Blog_Photo_Updates/spring_moscow_mule-4.jpg?width=720&name=spring_moscow_mule-4.jpg "spring_moscow_mule-4.jpg") *Ingredients (makes four servings)* 4 cups fresh California Giant berries of your choosing (I used strawberries and blueberries) 1 bottle ginger beer Vodka Crushed ice Mint for garnish *Instructions* Fill glasses halfway with crushed ice. Pour in your desired amount of ginger beer and vodka (I used a 2:1 ratio of ginger beer to vodka). Muddle strawberries and blueberries using a mortar and pestle. Pour berry mixture on top of crushed ice. Garnish with mint and a straw!
