Oh say can you EAT all things red, white, and blue? Fourth of July is TOMORROW and I'm so excited for a midweek holiday. I'm going to spend all day relaxing by the pool with my girls and with the weather warming up, I need the perfect cocktail to keep cool.
I'm all for a lite and refreshing drink, so I'm totally going to enjoy a strawberry lemonade spritzer. It's the perfect balance of sweet and sour, and it only takes three ingredients to make! I don't want to spend a lot of time worrying about the drink in my hand, because all I'm worried about is getting the perfect sun-kissed tan before watching the fireworks.
My girls prefer different drinks so one of them is making a fresh herb berry cocktail and the others are making a blueberry basil mojito and a blueberry basil bellini! I cannot wait to try these drinks. We're all really good about sharing what we bring, and at this point, the only things we know we're bringing are the drinks.
