So delicious and easy, this is a perfect choice for a weeknight dinner. And the salad dressing smells like a pizza parlor. Weird, but so true!
This skinny blackberry chopped salad pizza is SO good! Crispy Naan flatbread coated in romaine lettuce creates the perfect pizza foundation. Vegetables and salami combine together with blackberries for a sweet and tangy blend that is sure to make your mouth water. On nights I’m feeling a little lazy I pass on the flatbread and double all ingredients to create a super easy salad. Ditch the calories of the pizza parlor this summer while enjoying all the smells and tastes with this blackberry chopped salad pizza.
